When you buy from Declarative we ask for information such as your name, company name, email address, billing address, credit card information. Users who enquire about our services are not required to enter a credit card.

Declarative uses collected information for the following general purposes: products and services provision, billing, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact and research.

Declarative may also use non-personally identifiable data submitted by Users to create and provide new services, features or content. Declarative will anonymise such data such that neither users nor Subscribing Organisations are identified.

Declarative may internally perform statistical and other analysis on information we collect (including usage data, device data, referral data, and information from page tags) to analyse and measure user behaviour and trends, to understand how people use our services, to monitor, troubleshoot and improve our services, and to create and provide new services, features or content.

When you access our Service by or through a mobile device, we may receive or collect and store a unique identification numbers associated with your device or our mobile application (including, for example, a UDID, Unique ID for Advertisers (“IDFA”), Google Ad ID, or Windows Advertising ID), mobile carrier, device type, model and manufacturer, mobile device operating system brand and model, phone number, and, depending on your mobile device settings, your geographical location data, including GPS coordinates (e.g. latitude and/or longitude) or similar information regarding the location of your mobile device.

Although Declarative owns the code, databases, and all rights to the Declarative application, you retain all rights to your data.

In all such instances, we will not disclose any identifiable information about you, your respondents, or your company. Declarative cares about the security of your information and uses commercially reasonable physical, technical and organisational measures designed to preserve the integrity and security of all information we collect and that we share with our service providers. However, no security system is impenetrable and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems 100%. In the event that any information under our control is compromised as a result of a breach of security, we will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and where appropriate, notify those individuals whose information may have been compromised and take other steps, in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations.

Declarative’s website and services are intended for use strictly by adults. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under the age of 18.
